The Acer 27 inch monitor has a WQHD resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. When connected via HDMI 2.0, the curved monitor gaming display reaches a refresh rate of 144 Hz, while the use of DisplayPort 1.4 allows the bar to be raised to 165 Hz. The Acer gaming monitor with a response speed of 1 ms supports FreeSync technology, which eliminates frame tears in fast-paced scenes.

The standard stand allows adjustment of the Acer Nitro monitor tilt in the range from -5 ° to -25 °, height above the table (up to 120 millimeters), and horizontal rotation by 180 °. The Acer Nitro XZ270UP features thin bezels on three sides, making it easy to create multi-monitor configurations.

On the body of the curved screen monitor, there is a headphone jack and two speakers with a power of 2 watts. The display has 72% coverage of the NTSC color space, ensuring correct color reproduction without distortion, and Black Boost technology highlights the darkest areas of the image for more detail.

Acer has provided a range of technologies to protect the user’s eyes, including Acer BlueLightShield, Flickerless, Low Dimming, and Comfyview. All of them make the device more comfortable to use by eliminating flicker, reducing the level of blue light and glare, as well as adjusting the optimal brightness. For more fine-tuning of the image, the buyer can use the proprietary Acer Display Widget utility.

Price and availability

The cost of Acer Nitro XZ270UP in the UK is £381 and can be purchased via the Amazon.com.uk website.
