TP-Link unveils Deco XE75 Pro AXE5400 Wi-Fi 6E Mesh System

TP-Link has announced the Deco XE75 Pro AXE5400 WiFi 6E Mesh system, designed to build cellular (mesh) wireless networks with a large coverage area. The solution complies with the 6GHz WiFi or IEEE 802.11ax standard.

It is allowed to work in three frequency bands – 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz. In the first case, the bandwidth can reach 574 Mbps, in the other two – 2402 Mbps. You can connect up to 200 client devices with this 6GHz WiFi Mesh.

It is based on a processor with four processing cores operating at a clock frequency of up to 1.7 GHz. The design provides for the presence of four built-in antennas. There is one Ethernet network port with data transfer rates up to 2.5 Gb/s and two ports with a speed of 1 Gb/s.

When using one Deco XE75 Pro module, a coverage area of ​​up to 270 m2 is provided. In configurations with two and three modules, this value increases to 500 m2 and 670 m2. The devices are cylindrical with dimensions of 105 × 105 × 169 mm.
