ZTE Blade V580 with Fingerprint Sensor and 13MP Camera Launched in Japan

ZTE Blade V580 has been quietly launched in Japan. It is the latest affordable mid-range smartphone device from the company in the Blade series. ZTE Blade V580 price in Japan is around 27,800 Yen – approximately $246 USD and it is available in Black and White color options. It will go up for pre-order starting today and shipping starting from 25th March in Japan.

The Blade V580 sports a 5.5-inch IPS display with Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution that can deliver a high pixel density of 401ppi and also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass layer on top of it. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core processor that’s fueled by 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 chipset. The handset packs in 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB with the help of microSD card slot.

On the camera front, the ZTE Blade V580 bears a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with LED flash. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with wide angle lens to click wide group selfies and quality video chatting. The handset also equipped with a fingerprint sensor located on the back for more security features. The handset has a full metal unibody sleek design that gives it a premium look.

The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and packs in a 3000mAh battery under the hood. The phablet is 8.6 mm thick and weighs 165 grams. It has a hybrid SIM slot on board along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack as connectivity options.
