The ZTE company has officially announced its new Blade series smartphone named ZTE Blade A1 in China. By launching this device ZTE add another new budget smartphone with a fingerprint sensor. The handset is available in 5 different vibrant colors such as White, Yellow, Green, Sky Blue and Champagne Gold color variants and has been priced at Yuan 599 – approximately $94. It will go on sale in Chian from December 11.
Talking about the ZTE Blade A1 specifications, it features a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution that can translate a pixel density of 294ppi. The device has a plastic material back case panel design which available in different colors. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor which energized by 64-bit MediaTek MT6735 chipset along with 2GB of RAM. It packs a 16GB of native storage which can be expanded with the help of microSD card up to 128GB.
The Blade A1 bears a 13-megapixel primary camera on the back panel f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. On front, it has a 5-megapixel selfie shooter to capture quality self portraits and video calling. The ZTE Blade A1 comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor to unlock the device in just 0.3 seconds along with high level 360 degree Fingerprint identification similar as ZTE Axon.
The ZTE Blade A1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop-based on MiFavor 3.2 OS out of the box. It packs a 2800mAh battery that can last up to one day with moderate usage. It supports hybrid SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options.
Last month, ZTE launched ZTE Blade S7 – a Selfie centric smartphone for selfie lovers in China. The device comes equipped with multiple integrated camera features for Selfie and try to catch selfie trends photography. The handset comes with the same 13-megapixel front and rear camera with LED flash. Both camera features a PDAF – phase detection autofocus, wide angle lenses, Panorama and 14 different beautification options for the selfie images with better quality.
