ZTE Axon 7 was officially unveiled in May of this year, it is the company’s latest flagship device in the Axon series. And now the handset can be pre-ordered in the USA. ZTE Axon 7 USA Unlocked model has officially listed on Amazon.com for $399 in Gold color with US Warranty. The company will start shipping this ZTE smartphone from July 27, 2016. 
ZTE has also announced the new Virtual Reality Headset named ZTE VR in China with Axon 7, priced at 518 Yuan, but we can’t see any listing of VR in the store currently.
The handset features a 5.5-inch 2.5D AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels that’s offering a very pixel density of 534ppi and the screen is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 2.15 GHz quad-core processor which is backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 b4-bit chipset clubbed with Adreno 530 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.
For ZTE Axon 7 Camera, it features a 20-megapixel primary camera with Samsung Isocell sensor, f/1.8 aperture, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and dual LED flash. It can also record 4K videos at 30fps. While there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture to capture wide selfies and better video calling.
The device also features a fingerprint sensor at the back and has dual stereo speakers along with two dedicated audio chips (AK4961 & AK4490) from AKM. It also has Dolby Atmos surround sound for an enhanced audio experience.
It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS based on MiFavour UI 4.0 on top of it and backed by 3250mAh battery that also supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, promises to charge 0% to 50% in just 30 minutes and 0% to 100% in 100 minutes.
For connectivity, includes 4G LTE (Cat 6), 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual band), GPS, A-GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C port with reversible charging. It supports Hybrid Dual SIM, and measures 154 x 77 x 9.8 mm and weighs 175 grams.
