ZenFone C will be the new budget smartphone from Asus

The ZenFone C is the latest smartphone introduced by Taiwan electronics firms called Asus. The device will be sold from May 2-2015.

After the launch of ZenFone 2 and ZenFone Zoom, fans of the Taiwanese manufacturer received more good news when a company prepared to launch a new product line. Accordingly, the latest models of Asus will be called ZenFone C. This is considered a replacement for with a focus on mid-range smartphone market segments.

In terms of design, there will not be much difference between the previous ZenFone 4 product line of Asus smartphone. The main difference between the ZenFone C and ZenFone 4 located on the Specification when the model will own 4.5-inch IPS display, resolution of 480×854 pixels with better visibility. Besides, the ZenFone C battery capacity has been slightly enhanced up to 2.100 mAh.

In the remaining parameters, the ZenFone C is powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, Intel Atom Z2520 chip, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and expandable via MicroSD card up to 64GB (Free 5GB Asus web storage for life time and 11GB for one year). The ZenFone C consists of the 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash to improve low light picture quality and front camera of 0.3 megapixel.

The Asus ZenFone C runs on Android 4.4 KitKat platform with the Asus ZenUI interface, for connectivity includes 3G, WiFi 802 11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, GLONASS and MicroUSB. As expected, the phones will be sold at $ 97, approximately 5,963 rupees and this will be a compelling choice for anyone who wants to replace the their Zenfone 4.
