Last month, Google announced its virtual reality headset called Daydream View VR, along with its stand alone Daydream platform. Now, the company has announced a YouTube VR app for Android users. Termed YouTube app, the VR app will be offering 3D and 360 degree content for users, organised into categories. 
According to PA, this VR experience will only be available on Daydream View Headset, though Google implies that it might extend to other devices as well. New YouTube VR is accessible through Play store on Android mobile devices; only meant for Android users currently.
The app comes with a special “theater mode” to enjoy any standard video on a virtual big screen, user can also switch between voice and keyboard controls to browse and search various videos even watch and browse video at the same time as well.
Coming to Google Daydream View VR Headset will launch on November 10th at a price of $79. It can be pre-ordered via the Google Store and BestBuy. It comes with many interesting features, made out of soft micro fiber and comes in three color options such as Snow, Slate and Crimson. This glasses running on Daydream platform – operating system for virtual reality glasses was announced in May at I/O conference by Google. 
New Google Daydream VR Headset also comes with a 2-button controller that supports apps like YouTube, Street View, Play Movies and Google Photos. Google says it is working with other smartphones as well the manufacturer will team up with over 50 partners for apps and games later this year.
