Xiaomi Redmi S2 Certified by TENAA: 18:9 Display and Dual Rear Camera

After the first rumors, Xiaomi Redmi S2 also now has been certified on the TENAA that confirms the hardware features of this device.

Xiaomi would be working on a new smartphone for the Indian market, characterized by an excellent quality as well as price ratio and in line with the latest innovations presented by the manufacturer in other parts of the world. Xiaomi Redmi S2 should be equipped with an HD+ (1440×720) LCD display with 18:9 as aspect ratio and a dual rear camera.

While waiting for the first certifications to confirm this information, the processor used in it should be Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, while the device is expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.

There will be 16GB of internal storage expandable via microSD and a dual rear camera: 12MP (Sony IMX486) + 5MP camera sensor. The 3080mAh battery should instead offer an excellent level of battery life. It is expected to come in Black, Rose Gold, Gold, White, Blue, Red, Pink, Gray, and Silver color options.
