Xiaomi Redmi 7A With 5.45-inch HD+ Display, SD 439, 3GB RAM, 13MP Camera Launched

UPDATE:- The Xiaomi Redmi 7A price in China starts from the CNY 549 – approximately $79 for the 16GB storage version and 32GB storage version costs CNY 599 – approximately $86. It will go on sale in China starting from June 6th and comes in Black and Blue color options.

After the last year’s Redmi 6A, Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has now introduced the Redmi 7A in China. It is the company’s latest budget smartphone comes with a 5.45-inch HD+ display, up to 3GB RAM, and running Android Pie out of the box. The Xiaomi Redmi 7A price will be announced along with the Redmi K20 launch has been scheduled for May 28th, and the device comes in Black and Blue color options.

Xiaomi Redmi 7A Specifications

The Xiaomi Redmi 7A features a 5.45-inch 2.5D curved glass display with HD+ (1440 × 720 pixels) resolution, and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a 1.95 GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 439 Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU and 2GB / 3GB of RAM. It packs a 16GB / 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.

On the camera front, the Redmi 7A flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, AI scene detection and LED flash. For selfie, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with support for AI face unlock and beautify. The device has a polycarbonate body and a splash resistant P2i coating.

The Xiaomi Redmi 7A features a Family Guardian app with SOS Emergency Help option that also limits your kid’s access to certain websites and restricts kid’s use of the phone, location reminder when they enter an area such as school, one-click guard and more. There is a minimalist mode for elders with large icons, and simplified MIUI features such as magnification, 20% more call volume and more that makes it easier for elders.

The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on MIUI 10 out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery with support for 10W (5V/2A) charging and supports dual SIM slot with dual standby. For connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS. The device measures 146.30×70.41×9.55mm and weigh 150 grams.
