Xiaomi has expanded its range of televisions with the launch of the 50-inch Mi TV 4A. The used panel is an Ultra HD LCD with refresh rate set at 60Hz. However, the type of backlight used is currently unknown (Edge LED or Direct LED).
Xiaomi declares support for the high dynamic range in HDR10+ and HLG formats (Hybrid Log-Gamma). On Dolby Audio and DTS-HD is supported for audio. The Xiaomi TV has a 4K display with (3840 x 2160) resolution.
The “smart” features are managed by a quad-core Amlogic L962 processor combined with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The remote control is equipped with a microphone to give voice commands and search. You can also check other Xiaomi smart home products connected to the local network.
