OnePlus 6 is now again in the rumors, thanks to a new series of renders that show us what should be the final design of the smartphone. Three different colors introduced in these images, including as previous variants have already come in Black and White colored models, and a new Blue OnePlus 6 could be the highlight this year. Apart from revealing the new color options, the leaked renders also detailed a few features that the upcoming handset may come with.
The handset may come with the Alert Slider in red colors, like what we saw in Lava Red and Sandstone White of OnePlus 5T variants. For the rest, now we find the classic elements of OnePlus 6, including a design which completely devoid of side frames, a very thin bottom edge and the now inevitable notch in the upper part. There is also a dual vertical camera, placed in the middle of the rear area, and the fingerprint sensor positioned just below.
OnePlus 6 is seen sporting an edge-to-edge display along with the notch. The company reassured its fans that the smartphone will come with an option to hide the notch as well. There is also red-colored Alert Slider on the smartphone will get a new feature where users will be able to be “Slide to focus with the Alert Slider” on the OnePlus 6.
Recall that OnePlus 6 has not yet been announced by the Chinese company, although OnePlus is certainly not doing anything to hide its existence, given the great media campaign currently underway, which is divided into interviews and a video teaser.
The main specifications of the device should include up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage for the top configuration, which is powered by the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The handset also available in 64GB storage will reportedly be priced at CNY 3,299 – approximately $522, the 128GB variant is said to be launched at CNY 3,799 – approximately $601, while the 256GB top-model might set you back by about CNY 4,399 – approximately $696.
