Vivo Z5x has been officially launched in China, it is a mid-budget device of the company’s Z series, and comes with a 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD display, up to 8GB RAM, Triple Rear Cameras and fingerprint sensor.
Vivo Z5x Price and Availability
The Vivo Z5x price in China starts from CNY 1,398 – approximately $202 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version, CNY 1,498 – approximately $217 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version, CNY 1,698 – approximately $246 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs CNY 1,998 – approximately $289. It is now available for order and will go on sale in China from next week. The handset comes in Midnight Black, Phantom Black, and Aurora Blue color options.

The Vivo Z5x features a 6.53-inch LCD display with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution, 19:5:9 aspect ratio and 90.77% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 710 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 616 GPU and 4GB / 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) storage, 6GB / 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.
On the camera front, the Z5x bears a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.78 aperture LED flash, 8-megapixel 120° ultra wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture for portrait shots. For selfie, there is a 16-megapixel in-screen camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Vivo Z5x has a plastic back with gradient options in some color variants, has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on Funtouch OS 9 out of the box. It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and also lets you charge other devices with OTG, but it uses a micro USB port. For connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, Micro USB. The device measures 162.39 x 77.33 x 8.85 mm and weighs 204 grams.
