Vivo Y95 features a 6.22-inch IPS display with HD+ resolution and water drop notch. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable via MicroSD slot. It has a dual 13MP + 2MP rear camera and a single 20MP front camera integrated into the notch that is equipped with AI capabilities and face beauty. It determines the age, gender, tone and texture of the skin, lighting, and automatically launches an algorithm that improves the facial features.

The operating system is Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.5 software customization, while the battery capacity is 4030mAh and also feature a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.
