Vivo V17 Pro With Dual pop-up front cameras, Quad rear cameras, and 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED Display

After the launch of the NEX 3 a few days ago, Vivo India has now announced the V17 Pro smartphone in the country. It is a mid-range and world’s first device comes with dual pop-up front cameras, quad rear cameras, 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, 8GB RAM, and In-display fingerprint sensor.

The Vivo V17 Pro price in India has been set at Rs. 29,990 and will be available for pre-order from Amazon.in and Flipkart.com online stores starting today. The device comes with a free gifts worth Rs. 1,999 on an exchange of any old smartphone via vivo- Cashify application and assured buyback of 50% value for Vodafone Idea customers. The device comes in Midnight Ocean and Glacier Ice colors and will go on sale from September 27, 2019.

Vivo V17 Pro Specifications

The Vivo V17 Pro features a 6.44-inch 2.5D curved glass no-notch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 91.65% screen-to-body ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and Schott Xensation UP glass protection. It is powered by a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 675 11nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 612 GPU and 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM with a 128GB of UFS 2.1 inbuilt storage.

On the camera front, the V17 Pro bears a quad rear cameras: a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.78 aperture, 1/2″ Sony IMX582 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, 6P lens, Dual LED flash along with an 8-megapixel 120° ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture that can also shoot 2.5cm Super Macro, 13-megapixel telephoto lens for 2x optical and 10x digital zoom with f/2.5 aperture and a 2-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture for portrait. For selfie, there is a dual pop-up front cameras: a 32-megapixel wide-angle pop-up front camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, super night mode for better low-light selfies and an 8-megapixel 105° ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture.

The Vivo V17 Pro has a glass back with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection and features an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on Funtouch OS 9.1 out of the box. It packs a 4100mAh battery with Vivo’s 18W Dual-Engine Fast Charging. For connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C port. The device measures 74.7x159x9.8mm and weigh 201.8 grams.
