The Vivo S1 Pro has been officially launched in China. It is mid-range smartphone comes with a 32MP pop-up front camera, 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display without a notch, SD 675 AIE, up to 8GB of RAM, as well as the company says that the proximity and ambient light sensors are hidden under the display.
Vivo S1 Pro Price and Availability
The Vivo S1 Pro Price in China starts from the CNY 2,698 – approximately $400 for the 6GB RAM with 256GB storage version. It is already available for pre-order via Vivo stores in China and will go on sale starting May 9th. The handset comes in Love Blue and Coral Red color options.

The Vivo S1 Pro features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display without a notch with 2.2mm top and 1.75mm side bezels offering 91.64% screen-to-body ratio, and 19:5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 675 64-bit 11nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 612 GPU and 6GB RAM with 256GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
On the camera front, the S1 Pro flaunts a 32-megapixel pop-up front camera with Samsung ISOCELL GD1 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and the company says that the pop-up camera has 0.46-second elevating speed. It has triple rear cameras with a 48 million quad pixel (1/2.25″) sensor that offers 12-megapixel output with f/1.8 aperture that promising better images event in dark, features a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture for portraits and an 8-megapixel AI 120-degree Super wide-angle camera with an f/2.4 aperture which also has AI Super Night Mode.
The Vivo S1 Pro comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor that promises 0.37-second unlocking, as well as face unlock that can unlock in 0.55 seconds by scanning 1024 facial points. The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on Funtouch OS 9 out of the box. It packs a 3700mAh battery with support for Dual-Engine fast charging, but it has a micro USB port. It supports dual SIM slot, 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5, and USB port.
