Vaio Phone Biz Windows 10 now transformed into Vaio Phone A with Android 6

A new VAIO Mobile Phone has been launched in Japan – Vaio Phone A with Android operating system and the third model of the company after separated from Sony. Technically, the first VAIO Smart Phone was rebranded from Panasonic Eluga 2, even this new Vaio Phone A is also an exact copy of the VAIO Phone Biz with Windows 10 Mobile was launched back in early 2016, but the only differences are the Android operating system and dual SIM support.

Coming to the Vaio Phone A specifications, it features a 5.5-inch display with Full HD 1080p resolution. The handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor. The remaining specifications are also similar to the vaio windows 10 smartphone Phone Biz include 3GB of RAM, 16GB expandable storage, and 13-megapixel primary camera and 5-megapixel camera on the front. It packs in 2800mAh battery out of the box.

The handset now runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and Dual SIM card slot with dual standby support. For connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack.

Vaio Phone A body wrapped with aluminum and Gorilla glass. The tough body is manufactured with aluminum scraping along with sand blasting to enhance its beauty. It measures 77 x 156.1 x 8.3 mm and weighs 167 grams.

The handset will be available in White and Black color options, and probably will remain exclusive to the Japanese market. No further details on its pricing and availability.
