Ulefone have had a rather busy day. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer launched an array of handsets of late including the Ulefone Future, Vienna and Power. That is seriously a lot of Ulefone Products for a very short span of time. And today we have Ulefone U007, the device comes with a budget specifications with a few enhancements.

The Ulefone U007 comes with the a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution and also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Although HD display does sound pretty usable for watching movies, gaming, reading, web browsing and chatting. The handset comes with a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, and it comes from none other than Mediatek. The MT6580 cihpset used in this device, paired with Mali-400 MP GPU.  This makes a pretty decent processor for any budget handset.

The U007 comes with 1GB of RAM, which makes the phone much more usable as far as multitasking is concerned. It packs in 8GB of in-built storage, which is about the average for a device like this one. As always, there is a microSD slot that can be used to expand memory up to 32GB so storage shouldn’t really be a problem on the U007.

The Ulefone U007 flaunts an 8-megapixel primary camera with 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture and LED flash to capture stunning images and shoot HD videos. The front of this handset houses a 2.0-megapixel camera for selfie and video calling. The fact that the U007 runs latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS would mean that the unit have more smoothness and fresh UI as compared to its predecessor.

The Ulefone U7 Phablet packs in 2200mAh battery which is good enough for device sitting somewhere between entry-level and budget segment. The handset should go through one work day without hassles, when used moderately. For additional features, the device features a BOX sound chamber, which improve sound quality of the speakers and can deliver a clear audio on high pitch volume. It Air Gesture to swipe or slide menu or images without touching it. There is also Off-screen Gestures to open specific app via writing.
