UE Megaboom and Boom 2 speakers now have the ability to control over Siri and Google Now voice integration. Now that UE Boom 2 and Megaboom have been updated, now its very easy and convenient for all users to control UE speakers via simple Voice command.

How to activate voice integration on UE speakers
For iOS, all users need to press the Bluetooth button on your UE speaker once. You should hear a tone and the Bluetooth button will blink on and off, indicating that Siri is listening. Just say is “Play Miley Cyrus music” or “Play Justin Bieber music”. No need to run the UE speaker app in the background.
For Android, firstly make sure the UE app is running in the background, press the Bluetooth button once. You should hear a tone and the Bluetooth button will blink on and off, indicating that Google Now is listening. Now give a Voice command like “Play Jazz music” or “Play Rock music”.
Logitech has introduced UE Mega Boom Bluetooth Speaker last year, priced at $299.99. The UE Megaboom has water-resistant design, uses Bluetooth wireless connection to play music from your phone or tablet, and long lasting battery lets you play music continuously for 20 hours.
Meanwhile the UE Boom 2 comes with standards IPX 7, waterproof, shockproof when dropped from a height of 1.5 meters, 25 percent greater volume than its predecessor and increased wireless range maximum of 30 meters. The UE Ultimate Ears Boom 2 has been priced at $199.99.
