Starfield has missed the E3 2017 but is announced at E3 2018. Unfortunately, there is not much information to report: the video teaser is all that Bethesda has shared, and you do not see much more than a sort of spacecraft – or a satellite – making a hyperspace leap.
Todd Howard, head of Bethesda, added a few words to the trailer: he said that the game has been working for some time and that it will be a huge single-player adventure for the next-gen. It is easy to think of a spatial Skyrim, but who knows.
Regardless of everything, Starfield is also remarkable because it is the first completely new intellectual property of Bethesda in 25 years. The hope is that the title has the same success – and the same quality – of historic franchises like The Elder Scrolls and Fallout.
