OnePlus and Motorola have formed an official partnership with Disney to create Star Wars themed accessories and smartphones, on the occasion of the Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi arrival in the cinemas. A few days ago we witnessed the announcement of a OnePlus 5T Star Wars limited edition exclusively to the Indian market.
And today, it seems that OnePlus 5T Star Wars limited edition is ready to land in selected European markets, namely in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. A special store will arrive in the Helsinki Tennis Palace, opening at 4 PM on the 13th of December, before the premiere of the new movie later that day.
Unfortunately, there are no further details on OnePlus 5T Star Wars launch in the USA or any other markets.
However, Motorola has decided to make a Star Wars Limited Edition Moto Mod. Although this time it is an accessory with very limited availability, more precisely exclusive to the Chinese market. Really a pity, since the low price of CNY 129 – approximately $20 – would have allowed many fans to customize their smartphone without having to buy a limited version. We hope that the distribution policies of Star Wars Limited Edition Moto Mod accessories can change in the future, perhaps before Episode IX.
