Sony Z9D 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV with 65 to 100 inches Announced

Sony has officially launched the new table top Sony Z9D TV, this is a super high-end flagship TVs are available in three screen size options such as 65, 75 to 100 inches, and integrated “Backlight Master Drive” technology that can achieve ultra-high contrast ratio for HDR as well as using the Android TV operating system. 
So this year, Z series will be the most advanced TV line of Japanese electronics firms replace X series (X9400 / X9300). Sony says that the brand “Z” marks step forward in display technology.

Sony Z9D 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV uses a completely new design, perfect and beautiful in every angle. Z9D have three optional size 65 inch, 75 inch and 100 inch. 100-inch version allows you to choose between the a floor stand and table stand. Meanwhile, other to variants will only have a table stand option. 

All new Z series Sony 4K UHD TV integrates Backlight Master Drive technology that the company has demonstrated at CES 2016. At CES, a Sony representative said that the prototype could pump out up to 4000 nits of brightness for beautiful HDR pictures but it is not clear what the consumer version can do, although Sony noted that Z9D has been optimized for a living room environment. Sony ZD Backlight Master Drive is the key technology of the Z series, which Sony says that the system “attains extraordinary contrast and extremely accurate wide color expression” for HDR video. Backlight Master Drive does not use local dimming zones in the traditional sense, but can instead control each LED individually. However, the company refuses to reveal how many individually-controlled LEDs the TVs incorporate.

Additionally, Sony will also use the latest image processor called “4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme”, with the ability to handle 40 percent more real-time image processing compared to previous 4K Processor X1. New processor will also have three new technologies such as object-based HDR remaster (improved HDR image quality by analyzing the image data objects, and also allows upgrades all content to 4K HDR), dual database processing (dual database processing removes unwanted noise and up-scales every image to a super clear 4K image), and Super Bit Mapping 4K HDR (it breaks up the solid bands of color of 8-bit (FHD) or 10-bit (4K) source, up-converting 14-bit equivalent gradation with 64 times more color levels).
Sony Z Series includes three models such as the Sony Z9D 65-inch XBR65Z9D for $6,999, the 75-inch XBR75Z9D for $9,999; both can be pre-ordered via Amazon.com; and the 100-inch XBR100Z9D price yet to be unveiled.
