After the Sony Xperia XZ1 Pre-Orders in USA, Amazon is now expanding the availability of Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact Android O smartphone. The device will be going on sale in the US starting next month.
The Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact pre-orders starting on Amazon.com store from today and the device will be going on sale from October 4, 2017. The unlocked Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact has been priced at $599.99 and will be available in four different colors: White Silver (pre-order link) Black (pre-order link), Horizon Blue (pre-order link) and Twilight Pink (pre-order link) options.
Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact, which takes the lead from the Xperia XZ Compact was launched back in 2016. Compared to the predecessors it comes with a more powerful SoCs, based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 platform, and a more refined design. New from the software point of view as the new Xperia will be one of the first devices in the market with the pre-installed Android 8.0 Oreo operating system.
Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact features 4.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD TRILUMINOS Display with X-Reality and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It comes with a 19-megapixel rear Exmor RS sensor, 1/2.3″ sensor, f/2.0 lens, Predictive capture, 5-axis stabilization, 4K video recording, and 960fps slow-motion video.
There is no optic stabilizer, but shooting can be made even more stable due to SteadyShot electronic stabilization developed by the Japanese manufacturer. For selfie, the Xperia XZ1 Compact bears an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/ 4″ Exmor R sensor, 18mm super wide-angle for 120 degrees field of view, f/2.4 aperture, and 1080p video recording.
The handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, the 2700mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging and Fingerprint sensor. It packs 4GB of RAM and 32GB for internal storage which expandable via microSD slots. It has a metal body and comes with IP65/68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
