Sony just added one more member to its Xperia XA2 series with the announcement of the new Xperia XA2 Plus mid-range smartphone, and confirms the availability in Europe starting from August. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus price yet to be unveiled, but it will be available in Black, Silver, Gold, and Green color options.
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus Specifications
New Sony XA2 Plus is dedicated to entertainment segment that sports a 6.0-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and Full HD+ resolution, protected by the Gorilla Glass 5. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 630 SoC and 4GB RAM with 32GB storage and 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, the Xperia XA2 Plus flaunts a 23-megapixels rear camera with Sony Exmor RS 1/2.3 sensor and ISO 12800 sensitivity, capable of shooting in low light and shooting in 4K. It has an 8-megapixels front-facing camera with 120-degree super-angle lens, designed for larger selfies. There are also portrait and bokeh modes are available to create blur effects and suggestive depth of field.
Even in terms of audio XA2 Plus shows character, it is the first mid-range from Sony to integrate the proprietary High-resolution Audio technology and the Digital Sound Enhancement Engine to increase the sound quality of compressed audio files.
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus will also count on accessories such as the Leatherette Style Cover Stand. It runs Android 8.0 Oreo and packs a 3580mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
After the April announcement, Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is now available to pre-order in USA and will be will be released on July 30, 2018.
