Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra Official at MWC 2017

During the first day of the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona, Sony has introduced its new range of smartphones and accessories among which two are mid-range series smartphones called Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra. Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra

Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra and Xperia XA1, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the X series and the successor of last year’s Xperia XA Ultra and Xperia XA respectively. Both excellent smartphones aims at photography departments and several software optimizations to make the experience even better for daily use.

Sony Xperia XA1 features a 5.0-inch Edge-to-Edge display with Image Enhance Technology, and HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolutions. It is powered by a 2.3GHz Octa-Core processor that’s backed by the MediaTek Helio P20 64-bit 16nm chipset paired with ARM Mali T880 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The photography department is the main highlight of this smartphone. At the rear, there is a 23-megapixel Exmor RS image sensor with hybrid autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, just 0.6s shutter speed and LED flash. The Hybrid AF that automatically adjusts the focus in any light conditions. There’s an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 23mm wide-angle lens

Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra features a larger display with 6-inch diagonal size and Full HD resolution, the same Helio P20 processor accompanied by 4GB of RAM, 32GB / 64GB of internal memory, expandable memory up to 256GB via microSD card and a 2,700mAh battery.

Coming to the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra camera features, bears a 23-megapixel Exmor RS image sensor at the rear with hybrid autofocus, 24mm wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture, 5x zoom, and HDR mode. Among the innovations, we find Qnovo Adaptive Charging, useful for monitoring the battery’s performance and preserve their durability, Smart Cleaner that manages and optimizes performance automatically cleaning the cache memory and closing unused apps, and finally Xperia Actions that, gradually learns the user’s habits independently adjusting various parameters, such as the call volume or screen brightness. Finally, of course, the Stamina mode and rapid charge.

Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra will arrive spring 2017, both with runs Android Nougat OS and comes in White, Black, Pink and Gold color options, along with the Style Cover Stands and other original accessories. Prices of both devices not unveiled yet.
