Sony ‘s biggest surprise elements at the MWC 2016 by launching completely three new smartphone devices in its new Xperia X line up, called Sony Xperia X, Xperia X Performance and Xperia XA. All three smartphones run Android 6.0 Marshmallow and available in White, Graphite Black, Lime Gold and Rose Gold color options. Company is yet to announce price; while it will available for purchase around next Summer 2016.
Sony Xperia X:
The Sony Xperia X is the smallest of all the three handsets. It features a 5.0-inch Triluminos display with full-HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It packs a 1.8 GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor; Adreno 510 GPU along with 3GB of RAM. Backed by a 2620mAh battery and also supports Qnovo’s Adaptive Charging technology.

The handset features a 23-megapixel rear camera with Exmos RS sensor, Predictive Hybrid Autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, and LED flash, alongside a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and wide angle lens to capture stunning selfie.
Sony Xperia X Performance:
The Xperia X Performance sports a same 5.0-inch Triluminos display with full-HD 1080p resolution that can offer a pixel density of 441ppi. The smartphone includes a 3GB RAM and a 32GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card up to 200GB).
On connectivity front, the handset includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and microUSB 2.0. It packs in a 2700mAh battery with Qnovo’s Adaptive Charging tech. It measures 143.7 x 70.4 x 8.7 mm and weighs 164 grams. Rest of the specifications remain the same as the aforementioned Xperia X.
Sony Xperia XA:
Finally, the Xperia XA houses a 5.0-inch X-Reality display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution with a pixel density of 294ppi. It is backed by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor which fueled by MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 64-bit SoC, clubbed with Mali-T860 GPU. The smartphone features 2GB RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via a microSD card up to 200GB).
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) and LED flash. There is also wide-angle 8-megapixel front-facing camera for bright selfie and video conversing. It is backed by a 2300mAh battery and supports Qnovo’s Adaptive Charging technology. It measures 143.6 x 66.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs 137 grams.
