Sony has announced two new truly wireless earphones dedicated to audio lovers: these are the new true wireless earbuds WF-XB700 and the WH-CH710N over-ear noise canceling headphones.
Sony WH-XB700
The Sony WH-XB700 true wireless earbuds are characterized by an ergonomic design similar to that of the Sony WF-1000XM3, which ensures maximum comfort even after several hours of listening thanks to different contact points in between the ear.
The WH-XB700 is equipped with a Bluetooth chip that allows the simultaneous transmission of signals to both earbuds, EXTRA BASS technology for an even deeper and more powerful sound and an estimated battery life of 9 hours (18 hours thanks to the special case charging). Thanks to a special button, you can access the voice assistant of your smartphone or easily answer incoming calls. The earbuds also offer protection against water, splashes, and sweat thanks to the IPX4 class certification.
The WF-XB700 model has a suggested retail price of $129.99 and will be available in April 2020 for pre-sale in Black and Blue colors, which is $169.96 less than recently announced Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 Noise Suppression Earbuds.
Sony WH-CH710N
Today’s announcement closes with the Sony WH-CH710N, a new pair of over-ear noise canceling headphones capable of offering powerful and distraction-free listening in any daily context thanks to the 30mm drivers and Dual Noise Sensor noise canceling technology.
The headphones are equipped with dual feed-forward and feedback microphones, which allow you to capture more ambient sounds and thus eliminate the noise of city traffic or chatter in the office. Furthermore, once the ambient sound mode is activated, you can customize your listening experience to play music without losing the essential sounds of everyday life.
The integrated lithium-ion battery, the company says, guarantees up to 35 hours of listening on a single charge. The headphones also support fast charging, which offers 60 minutes of music playback on just 10 minutes of charging.
The WH-CH710N model has a suggested retail price of $199.99 and will also be available in April 2020 for pre-sale in Black color only.
