US-based smartphone maker BLU has launched a new smartphone named the Blu Studio C 8+8. Blu Cell Phones has already made its mark in the US smartphone market with its affordable series phones and this time they have come up with a different offering. The Blu Studio C 8+8 price in USA is $99.95 and it is available via Amazon.com store. The handset is available in Black, Pink and Bronze color options. 
The highlight of this Blu phone is the front camera, it features an 8-megapixel camera on front with f/2.4 aperture and back with same 8MP sensor and LED flash. It can able to record HD 1080p videos at 30 fps. On the software front, it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
The design of the handset quite different from the Blu Studio C 5+5 which was launched back in 2015 and the specs are also upgraded in terms of camera and hardware looking at the current market trend. The price is also quite affordable and the Camera is increased by 8MP on both front and rear.
It comes with a 5.0-inch IPS HD display (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution giving it a pixel density of 294ppi. Whereas the Blu Studio C 8+8 LTE model display is covered with 2.5D curved glass which makes it look elegant from the front side. 
The handset is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor supported by MediaTek MT6580 chipset paired with Mali-400 GPU, while the LTE model is fueled by 1.0GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor clubbed with Mali-720 GPU. On the storage front, both models have 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD.
It packs a 3000mAh battery that is rated to deliver Standby time up to 600 hours and standard usage time up to 3 days. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS, microUSB 2.0, and 3.5 mm audio jack options. The sensors include Proximity, Light and G sensor.
