Samsung Z4 with Tizen OS 3.0, 5MP Front camera with Flash unveiled

Samsung unveiled the Z4 Tizen OS 3.0 based smartphone today on Friday. It is budget 4G VoLTE smartphone from the company with a 5MP front camera paired with front LED flash. The Samsung Z4 price and its native storage yet to unveil by the company but it will be available in Black, Gold, and Silver color options in selected countries, as well as the company will showcase the smartphone at the Tizen Developer Conference in San Francisco, California from May 16 to 17, 2017.

Samsung Z4 Specifications

New Samsung Z4 features a 4.5-inch TFT LCD display with WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution that can convey a pixel density of 207ppi and there is also a 2.5D curved glass on top of it. The handset is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM.

On the camera front, the Z4 flaunts a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, and dual LED flash. It can shoot video in 720p at 30 frames per second. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture and front LED flash to capture stunning selfies.

The Samsung Z4 runs on Tizen OS 3.0 and packs a 2050mAh battery. On the connectivity front, includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack options. It measures 132.9 x 69.2 x 10.3 mm, and weighs 143 grams.

Commenting on the launch, the Samsung said: “Using different combinations of physical buttons or swiping the screen, users can create shortcuts to launch convenient features including Quick Talk, Quick Torch, Quick Launch of camera or Quick Switch without returning to the home screen.”
