Samsung has unveiled the new Galaxy A-Series smartphones for 2016 includes Samsung Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 2016. New A-Series product line will be available in mid-December in the Chinese market; the Galaxy A3 will cost about 329 EUR or USD, Galaxy A5 tagged with 399 EUR or USD; and the Galaxy A7 will fall around 499 EUR or USD.
Set of three Galaxy A3, A5 and A7 phones with new style, much improved design, metal frame very similar to the S6 but it also adds Optical SteadyShot OIS camera, fingerprint sensor and supports Samsung Pay mobile payments.
Samsung Galaxy A7 2016:
Galaxy A7 2016 is the high-end device in among all A-Series devices. It features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD 1920×1080 pixels resolution and running on the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
The handset has a very thin screen frame, consistent with current design trends. The overall design of the device significantly slim compared with huge 5.5-inches phones. Specifically, instead follow the style of its predecessor, Galaxy A7 based on the flagship product line such as Galaxy S and Note, the phone can be finished with glass and aluminum materials. Galaxy A7 is 7.3mm thick and weighs 172 grams.
Galaxy A7 packs a 3300mAh battery, support fast charging technology, powered by 1.6 GHz Octa-core Exynos 8 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory along with microSD card slot. In addition, the handset bears a 13-megapixel rear camera for wide-angle stills, f/1.9 aperture and OIS optical stabilization. On front, it has a 5-megapixel camera with f/1.9 aperture, same as on the Galaxy S6.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 2016 complements a number of outstanding features like, fingerprint sensor, Secure Magnetic Transmission technology – Samsung Pay. It supports 4G LTE Cat. 6 with speeds up to 300Mbps and dual SIM functionality.
Samsung Galaxy A5 2016:
Galaxy A5 2016 comes with a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD resolution (Galaxy A5 old version uses a 5-inch screen, 720p). The next biggest upgrade for Galaxy A5 is its processor uses 1.6 GHz Octa-core Exynos 8 chip; 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory along with microSD card slot up to 128GB.
The handset is thick compared to its predecessor, increasing from 6.7mm to 7.3mm. Also, heavier from 123g to 155g. In return, users get the large 2900mAh battery. The remaining specifications are similar to A7, a 13-megapixel camera with OIS, a 5-megapixel front shooter; fingerprint sensor, dual SIM and Samsung Pay.
Samsung Galaxy A3 2016:
Finally, there is the Galaxy A3, the phone features a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display with HD resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. A significant upgrade from qHD to HD resolution screen compared to the older version.
Even the handset also comes equipped with a 13-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front camera with f/1.9 aperture, but without OIS technology and fingerprint sensor. Galaxy A3 also comes up with moderate specifications such as 1.5 GHz Octa- core Exynos 4 processor, 1.5GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 2300mAh battery, its 7.3 mm thick; weighs 132g and supports dual SIM 4G LTE 4 connectivity out of the box.
