Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S4, which was recently leaked in seen on GFXBench website and is expected to be launched at the Galaxy Unpacked event on August 9, has now been leaked in a new render image. In newly leaked renders suggests that the device will come with the optional keyboard cover and all-new S Pen accessories.
The new renders, leaked by famous tipster Evan Blass, show the upcoming tablet with a black color keyboard cover case that looks similar to the Surface Type Cover or the iPad Pro‘s Smart Keyboard and S pen in white color.
The keyboard will be provided as an optional accessory, which will allow you to use it as you usually do with 2-in-1 devices: the keyboard performs the function of a kickstand, allowing you to tilt the tablet into a fixed position only. From the image, it is also possible to identify the presence of the slots that should hide a dual speaker at the left edge of the tablet.
The source adds a detail on the tablet’s color which is also available in white, sharing the second image that shows the back of the tablet on which stands out, moreover, the camera lens with LED flash, and the logo of AKG that evidently collaborated in the development of the audio system. Notably, despite being the White color model, the tablet has the front panel in Black – identical to the Black version of the Galaxy Tab S4.
The last image focuses on the S-Pen, comparing it with the similar accessory dedicated to the previous Galaxy Tab S3. The new model appears refined in design, characterized by more soft rounded edges and a glossy finish.
According to previous rumors, Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 should be powered by the 2.3GHz octa-core Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with Adreno 540 GPU (likely in the US market), combined with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, 12-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixels front camera. The display in 16:10 format with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, runs Android 8.0 Oreo and packs a 7300mAh battery.
