Samsung has introduced its New Android Flip Phone called Galaxy Folder 2 in Korea was first introduced in China back in September 2016. New Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 Android Flip Phone comes with the same identical Flip Cell Phones form factor and features a metallic stripe design and its housing made of a metal similar to its predecessor, with a few changes in the keypad and the new variant to choose in metallic silver color. Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 price is 297,000 won – approximately $260 in Korea and will be available in Black and Burgundy color options.

The Galaxy Folder 2 features a 3.8-inch TFT LCD display with WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) resolution that can translate a pixel density of 245ppi. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor which supported by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 paired with Adreno 308 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM and a 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.
For optics, new Galaxy Folder Flip Phone flaunts an 8-megapixel primary autofocus camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. While there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/1.9 aperture and wide-angle lens to capture a group selfies and quality video calling. Which upgrades from its predecessor (2MP front camera). Now the rear camera can record Full HD (1080p) video at 30fps.
The Galaxy Folder 2 has a Clamshell design so it’s quite thick, 15.4 mm, and weighs 160 grams with a traditional T9 keypad and 4 shortcut buttons used to open contacts, messages and more. The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with TouchWiz UI out of the box.
For connectivity, includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options. The device runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and packs a 1950mAh battery that is claimed to deliver standby time up to 318 hours. A user can also find Acceleration sensor, a Hall sensor, and proximity sensors.
