Samsung Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 smartphones have been officially launched in China. The new C-series smartphones is a completely new smartphone line-up from the company that comes with full metal body and 2.5D screen design. Unfortunately, the company has as of now not revealed any plans to launch the new Galaxy C-series smartphones in other markets.
Both the smartphones will be available in Gold, Rose Pink, Silver and Gray color options. The Samsung Galaxy C5 price in China around 2199 RMB – approximately $335 or Rs. 22,500 for 32GB model, while 2399 RMB – approximately $365 or Rs. 24,562 for 64GB model. While the Samsung Galaxy C7 price in China around 2599 RMB – approximately $396 or Rs. 26,600 for 32GB model, while 2799 RMB – approximately $426 or Rs. 28,600 for 64GB model.
Both the smartphones run Android 6.0 Marshmallow based TouchWiz UI interface and come with dual SIM 4G LTE connectivity. Both sports a 16-megapixel primary autofocus camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash while both also feature same 8-megapixel front-facing cameras that also share same f/1.9 aperture.
Samsung Galaxy C5 specifications; it features a 5.2-inch 2.5D Super ALOMED display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and is powered by a Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It packs in 32GB/64GB of native and also supports expandable storage support up to 128GB with the help of microSD card. The Galaxy C5 is backed by a 2600mAh battery. It measures 145.9 x 72 x 6.7mm and weigh 143 grams.
Coming to the Samsung Galaxy C7 specifications; It features a larger 5.7-inch 2.5D Super AMOLED display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and is powered by Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and packs 32GB/64GB of storage options which is further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. The handset is backed by a 3300mAh battery.
On the connectivity front, both the devices includes 4G FDD LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, Micro USB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack options.
