Samsung 2018 QLED TVs: Q9F, Q8F, Q7F, and Q6F Listed on Amazon

The new Samsung 2018 QLED TVs have been listed on Amazon in the USA, the official presentation is scheduled for tomorrow on March 7, 2018, in New York. The information is obviously still partial, but it is almost certain that the series will arrive and we will find the Q9F, Q8F, Q7F, and Q6F.

Samsung Q9FN

All Samsung 2018 QLED TVs are Ultra HD LCD with Quantum Dot, Smart TV Tizen and Bixby voice assistant. The Samsung Q9FN will be the flagship series. There are two: 65 and 75-inch panels will be available. The panel will use a Full Array Elite backlight, ie Full LED with local dimming and an apparently large number of zones.

Moving to the Samsung Q8FN series, details on these products are currently limited. However, it seems that Samsung will offer a Full LED backlight with local dimming. The difference between the Q9FN and the Q8FN should consist of the fewer control zones on the lower end series

Samsung Q7FN and Q7CN TVs coming with the backlight LED Edge as well as local dimming, so it is a quite similar to the 2017 QLED series. The TV is also equipped with One Connect Box.

Samsung Q6FN is an entry-level series of the 2018 QLED range. Unlike 2017, this line is announced together with the other models.
