Ryzen Threadripper 1900X becomes the Cheapest 8-core Processor on the Market

In the summer of 2017, AMD introduced the first-generation Ryzen Threadripper processors. These CPUs were AMD’s first in the HEDT class, and immediately showed their superiority.

The junior 8-core Threadripper 1900X was then priced at $550. Now this CPU can be purchased at times cheaper. At the moment, prices start at about $140 but the offer for $120 has already appeared. It is 4.5 times cheaper than at the start!

Moreover, when it comes to current consumer models, the Threadripper 1900X is the cheapest 8-core processor on the market. Of course, it doesn’t need the most affordable motherboard, but that’s another matter.
