Resident Evil 2 Remake demo could release during the month of December, according to rumors that appeared in the last hours on Twitter. The user Anthony_Robert has shared an image – promptly removed, but which you can find below – which illustrates the menu of what should be a dedicated to Resident Evil 2 Remake demo, in which you can play both characters: Leon and Claire.
According to the rumors, this demo could be made available during the month of December, so well before the launch of the title, expected on January 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. This is certainly not a new practice for Capcom, as even Resident Evil 7 itself had received a demo that showed the first few minutes of the main campaign.
But we would like to underline that what is reported is considered a rumor, whose reliability is to be verified. Over the last few days, several press events have been held all over the world, during which journalists have had the opportunity to get their hands on the Resident Evil 2 Remake demo, so it cannot be excluded that the image comes from the demo shown on that occasion. It would not be strange if this were distributed later also in the various stores, however, we invite you to caution, since there is no concrete evidence of the upcoming release.
