Resident Evil 2 Remake will have its Collector Edition complete with an action figure of the Leon however, at the moment its output is confirmed only for North America.
The announcement comes directly from Capcom that on the occasion of the Comic-Con in San Diego has unveiled the Resident Evil 2 Collector’s Edition, once again emphasizing that the expected title will not be a simple remake, but a complete remake of the iconic Resident Evil 2, capable to offer a deep narrative experience of the original, embellished with unprecedented content, and re-propose the same spirit and essence of the original title, updating and improving the gameplay and graphics sector.
The Resident Evil 2 Collector’s Edition, as well as a copy of the game and Leon’s 30cm high action figure, will also include an artbook, a digital soundtrack and a poster dedicated to the Raccoon City police station. All this will be accompanied by a series of in-game content, including unpublished costumes for Leon and Claire and the Arma Deluxe: “Samurai Edge – Albert Model”.
The release of the Resident Evil 2: Collector’s Edition is currently only confirmed in North America as exclusive to GameStop and EB Games for $199.99. Recall that the game will land on January 25 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
