Razer Phone 2 will be unveiled by the end of the year and while the first appearances on the benchmarks have been able to anticipate some technical details, and now the editors of Android Headlines add more meat to the fire, published an alleged render of the company’s next gaming smartphone.
A forerunner of a trend that has also convinced other companies to believe in the gaming smartphone segment, Xiaomi Black Shark, Asus ROG Phone and Nubia Red Magic, are the only products that currently offer competition. So let’s see how it could be the new generation model signed by Razer.
As per image, they would seem so identical as to think that they are two identical copies of the Razer Phone. In fact, the right-hand render should correspond to the new model, and according to what emerged from the source, the few differences would reside in the two front cameras more widely spaced and slightly thicker in the side frames.
For the rest, aesthetically speaking, the first Razer Phone could be very well sold for the second, without the more experienced user can really realize the differences. Waiting for further confirmation, let’s remember what emerged from the benchmarks on the technical sheet:
- QHD (2560×1440) Display with 16:9 aspect ratio
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC
- Android 8.1 Oreo
- 8GB RAM
- 512GB of internal storage
- Double front camera
Finally, the date shown on the render screen may have anticipated its presentation, scheduled for October 10th. If so, we will find out most of it a less than a month.
