A very special day for PC gamers who looking for new peripherals for their gaming system: after the new SteelSeries Mice were launched yesterday and now is the turn of Razer, which features the new BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2 keyboard. As with all Razer Tournament Edition, the main feature is the so-called TKL Keyboard or TenKeyLess form factor, without the numeric keypad – a much-appreciated solution in the eSport world because it is more compact and less bulky to carry.
Another important feature is the optimization of button reaction times, thanks to the new Razer Instant Trigger Technology (ITT). With this, the goal is to reduce the delay between the button click and the actual response time when playing your favorite games. An impulse recording – milliseconds that almost nobody will notice, but which become precious when competing at high levels.
For the rest, the hardware and software features are almost identical to the regular BlackWidow Chroma V2 Mechanical Keyboard was launched back in January this year with a price tag of $169.99. The Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2 price is set to $139.99 and it is already available for purchase at the Amazon website.
