RAGE 2 will not arrive on Steam: Will be Exclusive to Bethesda Store

RAGE 2 can only be purchased from the official Bethesda store: the software house seems to be willing to permanently abandon Steam. The RAGE sequel will then follow the path taken by Fallout 76, unlike its predecessor, it will not be on sale in the Steam store.

RAGE 2

The news comes directly from the software house: on the page destined to RAGE 2 pre-booking, the iconic symbol of Steam does not appear and in its place is present instead of that of the launcher of Bethesda. At the moment there is still no official communication, but the absence of the title on the Steam pages – despite the release date has been communicated – leaves little room for imagination.

The discovery has left with a bitter taste in the mouth many players who do not seem to have welcomed the news with enthusiasm, but it is undeniable that there are more and more publishers who try to “detach” from the Valve store in their digital stores succeed – for obvious reasons – to generate more income.

Recall that RAGE 2 will arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on May 14 and, as recently declared by the development team, the title will be a “bloody playground” set in a crazy world and without rules in which there will be many activities for the most enterprising rangers.
