Polar M430 is the new wearable device proposed by the Finnish company, capable of accurately measuring the heartbeat thanks to the presence of the wrist-based heart rate technology and capable of operating independently from the smartphone through the integrated GPS module.
The Polar M430 is specifically developed for runners offers enhanced support for training, it is lightweight and water-resistant. The Polar M430 is all-in-one wearable sports device provides wrist-based heart rate measurement during training, integrated GPS and core running metrics, and sleep tracking and recovery metrics. Paired with Polar Flow, the M430 is transformed into a reliable running coach that can provide personalized feedback, an adaptive training plan, and live guidance for athletes during various stages of their training sessions.
Additionally, Polar’s Running Program considers training history, gauges current activity levels, accounts for a final goal date and then builds a personal running program in seconds. Users can upload daily training plans to M430 to follow, and access Polar’s strength and core training videos in the Polar Flow app to incorporate in weekly training. There is also an advanced Smart Coaching feature include Running Index, which uses data to show the efficiency of an athlete’s running; Fitness Test, which enables athletes to gauge their current fitness levels and see progress along the way; and Training Benefit, which provides feedback immediately after a training session to explain the benefits of a workout.
Polar M430 price is about $229 / €229 and will soon be available for pre-order in Dark Gray, White and Orange color options on its official website, as well as other online stores and, will begin shipping in May
