Under its EON series, the Origin PC company has launched the EON15-S compact mobile gaming laptop with a starting price of $999. The Origin EON15-S has slick, light, and fully capable of high-definition gameplay, featuring desktop-class graphics, and up to 6 hours of battery life.
The 64-bit Windows 10-based EON15-S offers a desktop-class NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti GPU with 4GB of VRAM, fully capable of playing the latest games and software; gamer-friendly keyboard which gives us an access to customize your multi-colored backlit RGB keyboard for near unlimited color options to match your own personal style or turn it off the RGB lighting for a stealthy appearance.
The Origin EON15-S Gaming Laptop features a 15.6-inch IPS Matte display with full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution. Users can choose from seventh generation Intel Core i3-7100H, Core i5-7300HQ and Core i7-7700HQ processors, coupled with either 8GB or 16GB of DDR4 RAM – though the EON15-S supports up to 32GB RAM. As for graphics, users have the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 GPU. This NVIDIA Pascal™ 10-Series graphics card supports 360-degree videos and VR gaming.
The Origin EON15-S offers Biometric Fingerprint Reader to works with Windows Hello, an RJ-45 LAN port, Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 / AC 8265, Bluetooth, 2x SuperSpeed USB 3.1, 1x USB Type-C port, 1x USB 2.0, media card reader, HDMI port connectivity options, apart from an integrated High-Definition Audio powered by Sound Blaster Cinema 3 and Creative Sound Blaster Surround 5.1 as well as Creative Sound Blaster E3 Headphone Amplifier.
The base model ships with a 500GB 7200RPM HDD, though users could opt for a 120GB to 6TB 2.5” SATA SSD and an m.2 PCIe SSD. It bears an HD webcam, weighs in at 2.2kg, measures 378.46 x 266.7 x 25.4 mm; and battery life up to 6 hours.
