Oppo A77 with 16 MP front camera and 4GB RAM launched in Taiwan for TWD 10,990 – approximately $363. It is the successor of Oppo A57 was launched last year in USA, both share quite similar design, camera sensors and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, but gets a bigger display, battery capacity and upgraded RAM and storage. This new Oppo phone will go on pre-order this Friday and will be made available starting May 26 in Taiwan.

The Oppo A77 features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD In-Cell display and it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor clocked at 1.5GHz along with Mali-T860 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and comes with 64GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the latest ColorOS 3.0 custom skin on top of it. The body of the device is made up of aluminum alloy.
The A77 houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and dual LED flash, which is capable of shooting Full HD videos. On the front, it comes with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and wide-angle lens for your selfies and video calling. It also comes with built-in Background Blur feature which is able to create a depth-of-field effect through its Portrait mode.
It has Dual SIM support and also has a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button which can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. The A77 includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The handset houses a 3200mAh battery under the hood which supports VOOC Flash Charge.
Recently, Oppo has announced the F3 dual selfie camera, one 16-megapixel 1.3-inch sensor with f/2.0 aperture, and double view wide-angle camera that has an 8-megapixel sensor. It features a 5.5-inch In-Cell 2.5D curved display; powered by a 1.5 GHz MediaTek MT6750T octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage.
