Oppo quietly announced a new phone called Oppo A1. This new product comes after the launch of the Oppo R15 and R15 Dream Mirror Edition. A1 is an affordable device, but it seems that Oppo missed an important feature.
Oppo did not hesitate to use bold colors for its new smartphone which comes in three colors: Dark Blue, Cherry Red, and White. The Dark Blue version is really nice and if you ignore the technical specifications of the device, it is difficult to choose between the Oppo A1 and the Meizu E3.
Oppo A1 Specifications
New Oppo smartphone is designed with a simple yet luxurious 2.5D glass, rounded edges, single rear camera paired with LED flash. The Oppo A1 features a 5.7-inch FullView display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, but the resolution of the screen has yet to be revealed. The device is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage, and the SoC information is still unknown.
On the camera front, the device is equipped with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for a selfie and a 16-megapixel rear camera which can allow you to capture up to 50MP images thanks to the interpolation feature.
In addition, the Oppo A1 also comes with face recognition features. However, its lack of the fingerprint unlocks feature. It packs a 3180mAh battery and available for pre-order starting from today. The Oppo A1 is priced at CNY 1,399 – approximately $220 and will go on sale on April 1, 2018.
