OnePlus 6T Confirmed in Certification, Expected to Launch in November

The OnePlus 6T is gaining more and more evidence of its existence thanks to a new leak and what we expect from the second device of the Chinese manufacturer this year. But now the first official information comes out, thanks to the Russian device regulation confirming that the company is working on the successor to OnePlus 6.

The OnePlus A6013 model was registered and certified last Friday by the European Economic Community (EEC) but without revealing specifications and details of the device, as you can see in the Russian document below.

OnePlus 6T Specifications

In a previous leak, US carrier T-Mobile linked the new OnePlus 6T with the value of $549, and other information suggests that BBK Electronics (a multinational that controls OnePlus, Vivo and Oppo) may be focusing on implementation of the three rear cameras being one of them a TOF 3D sensor for environment recognition, which may aid in the use of augmented reality apps and games as well as improve the portrait mode recognition.

With the announcement of OnePlus 5T in November 2017, OnePlus is likely to follow the dates and release window of the previous year and present the 6T around the same time.

As one of the most powerful smartphones of the second half of 2018, we expect the OnePlus 6T to hit the market with Snapdragon 845, 8GB of RAM and at least 128GB of internal storage. In addition, the three rear cameras must have a 12MP RGB sensor with variable aperture lens between f/1.5-f/2.4, a secondary sensor of v20MP and TOF 3D sensor.
