Olympus has released PEN E-PL8, the next version of E-PL7 which is the popular budget mirrorless camera for beginners approach. Basically, E-PL8 has similar hardware to the E-PL7, including a 16 megapixel Live MOS sensor with 3-axis image stabilization system, 3 inch flip-down LCD is ideal for selfies, and Wi-Fi supports but the body of the new PEN E-PL8 has gone through an extensive redesign, with a new grip and top plate. The Olympus PEN E-PL8 price is set to $549.99 USD for the body only and $649.99 USD for the 14–42mm IIR kit.
