Google’s Daydream View VR is the first headset based on the Daydream standard, which was unveiled at Google I/O this year, and now available in US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Google has launched a few supporting Android apps – the Daydream app, YouTube VR app, and now a new edition is the LEGO Brickheadz app, all are now available for download via Google Play store.
The LEGO Brickheadz VR app is free to download in which you can build your own LEGO Brickheadz characters which are based on pop culture characters from Marvel and DC’s superhero universes and bring them to life in a virtual world. It will offer a good fun for those that are die hard fans of LEGOs.
The Brickheadz brand from LEGO was first announced earlier this year with mutual partnerships between both DC and Marvel. The physical Brickheadz Toys won’t go on sale until 2017, but the new LEGO Brickheadz VR app offers a little glimpse of it and allows us to play in a virtual world.
This VR game will let you build various Brickheadz characters, players can also unlock new figures, models and combinations that are provided to you in the game. This new VR app from Google will likely have a greater appeal to kids, and young gen people.
You can download LEGO Brickheadz app from the Google Play Store, but the app is listed with notice as “Unreleased”, means will have certain bugs, and performance issues. As of now, Daydream View works with the Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Moto Z and Moto Z Force smartphones.
