Nokia back in MWC 2017 event in Barcelona announced that all Withings products will acquire the Nokia brand name. And now the Nokia has finally completed re-branding of Withings with the announcement of two new health products – Nokia Body / Body+ Wi-Fi connected scale, and the Nokia BPM+ wireless blood pressure monitor.
Withings is a fitness and health-focused brand that Nokia had acquired in June 2016. Withings is known for its Active range of fitness trackers and now all of its products will be Nokia branded from today. Nokia also redesigned the Health Mate app to bring a new navigation system and program features.
Nokia Body
Nokia Body is BMI Wi-Fi connected scale offers smart weight management for the entire family and provides high accuracy measurements via a patented Position Control technology that detects the body position. It has a weight trend graph that shows your progress during each weigh-in to stay motivated. It provides instant access to BMI trend and data analysis over time inside the Health Mate app to help users reach their goals.
The Nokia Body scale also recognizes up to eight users with independent sync and even offers personalized coaching and nutrition tracking features of reach individual. New Nokia Body scale, which is a lower version of the Withings Body, which has been renamed to the Nokia Body+. Nokia Body and Body+ are available at Amazon and BestBuy online stores and will retail for $59.95 and $99.95 respectively.
Nokia BPM+
Nokia BPM+ is a compact blood pressure monitor with a flexible cuff. It offers blood pressure monitoring, measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate. The device which is FDA-cleared and medical CE approved ensures accurate monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate over time and can share data with users’ medical professionals.
