Along with the Nokia 6.2, HMD Global has also announced the Nokia 7.2 smartphone at the IFA 2019. It is also mid-range Android One Nokia phone comes with a 6.39-inch waterdrop notch display, up to 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 636 SoC, Triple Rear Cameras and fingerprint sensor.

The Nokia 7.2 price in Europe starts at EUR 299 – approximately $330 and will be available this month. This new Nokia smartphone comes in Cyan Green, Charcoal and Ice color options.

The Nokia 7.2 features a 6.39-inch Waterdrop PureDisplay with FHD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, HDR 10, 500nit brightness, 96% NTSC Color Gamut, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. On the camera front, the new Nokia cell phone bears a 48-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/1.79 aperture, ZEISS Optics, Quad Pixel technology AI features such as Portrait mode with unique ZEISS bokeh styles – ZEISS Modern, ZEISS Swirl and ZEISS Smooth – that recreate the way legendary ZEISS lenses produce high visual impact and signature blur. AI powered Night mode with image fusion and exposure stacking can sense whether hand held or on a tripod, adjusting the number of exposures accordingly. There is an 8-megapixel 118-degree ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The Nokia 7.2 is crafted from a polymer composite that’s twice as strong as polycarbonate and half the weight of aluminum, and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the front and the back and also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The handset runs Android 9.0 Pie, which is upgradable to Android 10 and packs a 3500mAh battery. For connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, Type-C 2.0, NFC. The device measures 159.88 x 75.11 x 8.25mm and weighs 180 grams.
