Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM with 2MP Front and Rear Camera Launched

Microsoft recently unveiled the Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM – a replacement for basic feature phone called Nokia 130 launched last year. In 2014, Microsoft has unveiled Nokia 130 feature phones with reasonable prices, simple and easy to use. In fact, the Nokia 130 was quite popular in entry-level smartphone markets in many Asian countries, Currently, Nokia 130 has been replaced by Microsoft Nokia 230.The differences are visible on the Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 dual SIM that made by aluminum back panel and certainly looks more upscale version of its predecessor. Both the handsets also support Internet and camera feature with LED flash. The device is also comes equipped with a 2.8-inch LCD display, QVGA resolution of 240×320 pixels and alongside there is also an expandable memory card slot that supports capacity up to 32GB.

Both the Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 dual SIM feature a 2.0-megapixel front and rear camera and both cameras pack LED flashes to capture bright self portraits and Skype video calling. It also equipped with a quick camera button specially for selfie users can snap and share pictures directly to social networks.

According to Microsoft, the handset fueled by a 1200mAh battery and also claimed to deliver up to 23 hours of talk time; up to 22 days of standby time (dual-SIM model) and up to 27 days of standby time on single-SIM model.

On software front, both devices run Nokia Series 30+ OS, with the Opera Store where users can download one free Gameloft game such as Midnight Pool 3, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and many more every month for a year, but only for some selected markets.

Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 dual SIM will be available in India, Middle East and Asia with an expected price of Rs. 3,700 – approximately $55 within the next December. Other regions will be provided in early 2016. Check out Nokia 230 full phone specification below:
