Along with the Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 4.2, HMD Global also announced the Nokia 1 Plus Android Go Edition phone at a press event in Barcelona. It is an affordable handset comes with a 5.45-inch IPS display, MT6739 SoC, 1GB RAM, and runs Android 9.0 Pie Go Edition.

The Nokia 1 Plus price has been set at $99 only it will be available from March 2019. The handset comes in Red, Blue and Black color options.

The Nokia 1 Plus features a 5.45-inch FWVGA+ (480 x 960 pixels) IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6739W quad-core 64-bit processor which supported by PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU, and packs 1GB of RAM as well as includes 8GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).
On the camera front, the Nokia 1 Plus comes with an 8-megapixel autofocus sensor with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie. There are features such as Beautify to enhance the imaging experience.
The device runs on Android 9 Pie Go Edition out of the box and packs a 2500mAh battery. It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby and for connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, and USB OTG. The device measures 145.04 x 70.4 x 8.55 mm.
